The Fourth Annual Great Summer Reading Children's Book Giveaway

I may have been out of the classroom this past year, but the Fourth Annual Great Summer Reading Book Giveaway still went on without a hitch! My long-term sub wanted to gift each of her students a reading bag full of books to enjoy throughout the summer. As part of the classroom end of the year party, we had a children's book giveaway with high interest kids books & diverse kids books for students to take home.

I recently visited the The Free Book Buggie and was blessed with three massive totes of books for Little Free Libraries. I was able to take some of these titles and use them for the book giveaway! When combined with extra review copies from various publishers and titles kids chose from DonorsChoose, I was able to scrounge up a good deal of books to share with my long-term sub and her class at their end of the year classroom party.
